Mexico holidays have in some cases halved in price, in a bid to get more tourists!

At the moment strangely enough, Mexico is probably the best decision for a holiday at the moment. With everything that is happening and has happened in Mexico, this might be the best thing for them to do. With all the bad press Mexico has received about Swine Flu, all of the holiday resorts and travel deals have cut their prices by around fifty percent!!

Because of the situation that Mexico has fallen into, they have had to make some drastic changes to all of their holiday offers. One of the main problems is that they have lost massive amounts of money through tourism, which had become one of Mexico’s biggest money spinners. Caribbean holidays have also been affected by this and have lost revenue because of the epidemic across the sea.

You can even find some hotels that will offer you a 1 hundred dollar deposit at the hotel for you to spend on hotel services. Would it really be worth heading to Mexico for this money, with a small risk of catching swine flu, the prices probably won't be this low again. Mexico and the Caribbean have both received bad press for this epidemic, but it is world-wide now, so snap up the offers while they are available.

So is there actually any risk of you catching it? Will you catch it? As cases of Swine Flu are disappearing out of the press, global panic is slowing down. The Sunday Times posted an article that says some Hoteliers in Mexico will be offering 3 years worth of holidays to anybody that catches the disease with 2 weeks of visiting them.

So go ahead and try some Mexico holidays or try something more Caribbean like Grenada holidays or Tobago holidays, prices for all of these places have dropped dramatically, your sure to find something you like. If you think of it this way, your just as likely to catch Swine Flu anywhere in the world because it has traveled the globe.
