Please advise clients that arrival transfers may require up to 2 hours of waiting after reaching the arrival hall
If flight timings differ from suggested timings, clients must arrange private transfers at their own cost — GHT will not reimburse private transfer expenses
Travelers below 11 years are considered children for pricing purposes
Triple rooms may use rollaway beds with the same room size as a double room
Tours operate subject to all Government regulations and may operate in reverse itinerary on certain departure dates — all sightseeing will be covered unless closed due to a public holiday; your Tour Manager will notify you accordingly
Local taxes, entrance fees and services are subject to change; any increase must be borne by the traveler/agent
All transfers and sightseeing use air-conditioned coaches with entrance fees as specified in the itinerary
One check-in bag and one handbag per person recommended due to limited luggage space in the coach
A local representative or coach driver may assist only during the initial part of the tour
Land surcharges may apply on certain departure dates and will be notified in advance
If any sightseeing or excursion is closed, alternate arrangements will be made
No refunds for unutilized services
Packed dinner may be provided in case of inordinate delays due to strict driving regulations
GHT reserves the right to claim additional expenses from passengers due to delays or schedule changes in trains, flights, coaches, cruises or other services
GHT reserves the right to modify itineraries for operational reasons or Force Majeure events including weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control
GHT shall not be liable for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity arising from weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause; all such expenses must be borne by the passenger
