Great Holiday Travel LLC ("GHT," "we," "us," and "our") is a Houston, Texas-based travel agency. By accessing this website and booking our services, you ("the Client") agree to the following binding terms and conditions.
1. Agreement & Limited Use
This website and its services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users agree not to exploit, resell, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform or the travel packages offered herein.
2. User Account & Obligations
To book a package, users must provide accurate and complete information. You represent that you are of legal age (18+) to enter into a binding contract. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Pricing, Fares & Real-Time FX
All prices on this website are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change based on market trends and real-time exchange rates until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.
Inclusions: Fares generally include accommodation, specified meals, and transportation as outlined in the itinerary.
Exclusions: Fares do not include personal expenses (shopping, laundry), telephone calls, monument entrance fees (unless specified), or additional activities opted for during the tour.
4. Payment Policy
Initial Deposit: A 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
International Packages: 100% payment must be cleared 7 days prior to the departure date.
Domestic (USA) Packages: 100% payment must be cleared 4 days prior to the departure date.
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed via Stripe. GHT does not store full credit card details.
5. Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are subject to the policies of our third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, and ground operators).
Postponement: You may request to postpone your trip once (at least 15 days prior to travel) without a GHT service fee, though third-party supplier charges may still apply.
No-Shows: Unutilized bookings or no-shows must be claimed for potential refunds within 90 days of the travel date; otherwise, the amount is forfeited.
6. Passport & Visa Guidelines
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity remaining) and the correct visas for their destination and any transit points. Great Holiday Travel LLC is not liable for boarding or entry denials by government or airport authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
GHT acts as a facilitator between the traveler and independent third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by the acts or defaults of any airline, hotel, or transportation provider.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harris County, Houston, Texas.
